Welcome to the home of NK Theatre Arts, Stockport’s premier all-inclusive theatre company for children, young people and adults. We offer weekly workshops in Musical Theatre, Drama, Street Dance, Contemporary Dance and Ballet together with the chance to for young musicians to take part in our School of Rock sessions.
We are based at The Forum Theatre in Romiley, a live working theatre which hosts many different performances and events throughout the year.
Our Theatre in Education initiative reaches out to schools and youth centres delivering social and issue based presentations as well as providing Performing Arts practitioners to undertake delivery of after school clubs in Music, Dance and Drama.

OUR THEATRE WORKSHOPS
We encourage children and young adults to find a sense of enjoyment and freedom through all aspects of Performing Arts, whilst learning new theatrical skills, developing social skills and building in confidence, exploring more depth in future years.
Through our innovative teaching, we nurture all our members, as individuals to allow them to grow and develop at their own pace. We push members to maximise their potential, which may result in amazing performers or it may result in someone speaking on stage for the very first time, depending on the individual member.
We want all our students to be the very best they can be.

AUDITION: THE GRADUATE
We are holding auditions for THE GRADUATE on Thursday 24th July at 7.30pm at The Forum Theatre Romiley, to be staged 12th-14th November.
Hadestown: Teen Edition
We are bringing Hadestown: Teen Edition to the Forum from the 14th to the 17th Jan 2026. Open auditions will take place on the 6th July at The Forum Theatre.
